To organize our team of professionals, the resources and the CALM space, as well as to be able to attend to all our clients, in our center we have reservations cancellation policy:

Terms & Conditions:

• Cancellations will be accepted without fees up to 48 hours before the date and time of the appointment.
• In the event that two cancellations happened within a period of less than 48 hours during the last two months, to proceed to make a new reservation, 50% of the total value of the reservation must be paid in advance.
• For reservations made online and the appointment is cancelled within a period of less than 48 hours, new online reservations can’t be made in the website going forward.

Reservations with voucher:

• Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours before the date and time of the appointment.
• In the event that two cancellations are made within a period of less than 48 hours during the last two months, a session will be discounted from the voucher for the same value as the last canceled service appointment.

Gift card reservations:

• Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours before the date and time of the appointment.
• In the event that two cancellations are made within a period of less than 48 hours during the last two months, 50% of the amount of the gift card will be discounted.

Terms of use for vouchers:

• The vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• The pack is personal and non-transferable.
• The sale is final, and returns or exchanges for other services or products are not accepted.
• They cannot be combined with other offers, packages, or other vouchers.
