- The first name and surname of the person receiving the gift.
- The treatment you’d like to gift – though we recommend selecting the “to be chosen” option, so they can decide for themselves. This allows the person receiving the gift card to choose the treatment they prefer, within the value you’ve gifted. If not, we’ll go ahead with the treatment specified.
- Let us know your preferred format: digital (we’ll send it via WhatsApp) or physical (to collect it from our centre, just tell us the day and time that suits you).
- If you’d rather let the recipient choose their treatment, please specify the amount you’d like the gift card to cover. * The minimum value for a gift card is €60.
The recipient will have 6 months from the purchase date to enjoy their gift. For gift cards over €100, the validity period extends to one year from the date of purchase.

Terms of Use
Please note that the gift card is personal and non-transferable.
It can be used over multiple visits.
It corresponds to the treatment specified. If you wish to enjoy a treatment that exceeds the value of your gift card, you’re welcome to pay the difference. It cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, it is not redeemable for products, and it is non-refundable.
How long do I have to use my gift card?
You have 6 months from the date of purchase for amounts under €100. If the value of the gift card is over €100, it will be valid for one year.
How can I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment via WhatsApp (+34 610 515 152) or through our website. In this case, you can check our availability and choose the date that suits you best. We recommend booking 15 to 20 days in advance, as our schedule is limited and we want you to fully enjoy your gift.
Book online
Cancellations will be accepted up to 48 hours before the date and time of your appointment.
If two cancellations are made with less than 48 hours’ notice within the past two months, 50% of the gift card value will be deducted.
If you book online, please include your gift card number in the Notes section. Once the booking is made, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check your SPAM folder!
What happens if it expires?
Our gift cards include a 7-day grace period from the expiry date, during which 100% of their value remains valid. After that, the validity may be extended up to a total of 30 calendar days, but the remaining value will be reduced by 50%. After this period, the gift card will expire permanently, and the remaining balance will be lost.
