Reservation Deposit
To confirm your online booking, a deposit of 30% of the total value of the selected services will be charged. This guarantees your appointment at the chosen date and time. The deposit will be applied to your final payment on the day of your visit.

Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
- Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable.
- If you let us know 24 to 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment within the following 30 calendar days. Once this time has passed, the deposit will no longer be valid.
- Same-day cancellations or changes will result in the loss of the booking deposit.
- In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the 30% deposit will be forfeited and your booking automatically cancelled. Your next appointment must be paid in full at the time of booking.
